FAQs
The Joseph Smith Foundation “FAQs” is a helpful research database to find the teachings of past and present leaders of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and even those of other religious faiths, often ask, “What has a leader of the Church of Jesus Christ taught on science, politics, education, philosophy and other pertinent topics?” The Joseph Smith Foundation has compiled statements from Presidents of the Church and scripture and published them in an “FAQ” format. Great care has been taken to assure that very little commentary has been added. When the commentary is provided, it is set off with blue text to ensure that the reader can easily distinguish between scholarly commentary from the Joseph Smith Foundation team and the words of Church leaders and scripture.
