Is there credible evidence that Jesus of Nazareth really is the Son of God? Retracing his own spiritual journey from atheism to faith, Lee Strobel, former legal editor of the Chicago Tribune, cross-examines a dozen experts with doctorates who are specialists in the areas of old manuscripts, textual criticism, and biblical studies. Strobel challenges them with questions like; How reliable is the New Testament? Does evidence for Jesus exist outside the Bible? Is there any reason to believe the resurrection was an actual event? Strobel s tough, point-blank questions make this bestselling book read like a captivating, fast-paced novel. But it is not fiction. It is a riveting quest for the truth about history s most compelling figure. What will your verdict be in The Case for Christ?

This movie is based on a true story. Lee and Leslie Strobel decided that they would live their life without Christ or His gospel in it. When a big trial came, however, Leslie sought peace through Christ. This decision was hard on their family. Lee was a reporter; he was always investigating stories. He decided to investigate Christ, in every direction. Through medical experts, phycologists, and archeologists. There was another story Lee was investigating while he was working on his Case for Christ. This investigation helped him realize truth when it was easier to deny it. Through it all Leslie is determined, patient and kind towards Lee. She is always loving towards Lee. Leslie was also always turning to the Lord through prayer. This movie gave me a lot to think about. The way we treat each other really matters. If we desire to have the Spirit on our homes, we need to show love and patience even when there are differences. I loved watching Lee and Leslie work through their problems and stay close to each other during their trials. Even when they thought differently about things.
