Show Me the Father was all about how desperately we need dads. How important they are to the family. How important they are in our society. Fathers are needed in all areas of our live and help us to be able to grow up loving, responsible and dependable. I am grateful for my father and the love that he showed me and his willingness to spend time with me. It is easy for me to believe that Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father love me because of him. It also showed how perfect and loving our Heavenly Father is. The stories that were shared were really good. I felt a desire to know my Heavenly Father through His Son. I was very touched by the scriptures that were shared and explanations that were given to help us improve our relationship with our Heavenly Father. I came away wanting to study the scriptures and develop a better relationship with Him.
This is a good one! Many powerful stories of Fatherhood from many walks of life and different circumstances. This movie is just really a powerhouse of doctrine about fatherhood, and our Heavenly Father. I don’t want to say to much to give it all away, I would recommend everyone watch this movie! I love that the focus is on God’s Fatherhood and how earthly fathers can teach us about God by being a good father, or that God can teach people about fatherhood if their fathers left a hole in the hearts of their children.
