I AM A <\/b>LATTER-DAY NEPHITE<\/b><\/p>\n

I, ___________________, do solemnly resolve before God,\u00a0<\/span>as a remnant of the seed of Jacob, and a Latter-day Nephite, <\/span>numbered amongst the Lehite covenant <\/span>(1 Nephi 14:2)<\/span>, <\/span>to STAND FORTH in the strength of the Lord and COVENANT <\/span>to maintain our rights and our religion.<\/span><\/p>\n

As a Latter-day Nephite,<\/span><\/p>\n

I WILL<\/b> humbly repent and turn my heart to my Nephite, Israelite, and Patriarchal forefathers.<\/span><\/p>\n

I WILL <\/b>cherish and rely on the revelations of God in scripture and the inspired words of Latter-day prophets.<\/span><\/p>\n

I WILL <\/b>preserve our liberty, rights, and freedom as a remnant of Joseph\u2014gathering Israel and preserving a refuge for the persecuted.<\/span><\/p>\n

I WILL<\/b> bear testimony of and defend the pure foundation of the Restoration, covenanting not to forsake the Lord my God.<\/span><\/p>\n

I WILL<\/b> defend marriage, the family, and sacred Priesthood covenants as ordained by God<\/span><\/p>\n

I WILL <\/b>rebuild a culture of beauty and refinement\u2014never compromising my standards<\/span><\/p>\n

I WILL <\/b>lose my life and willingly sacrifice in laboring \u201cfor the welfare and safety\u201d of my people<\/span><\/p>\n

I WILL <\/b>maintain the everlasting covenant on the promised land.<\/span><\/p>\n

I WILL be FIRM in the FAITH of CHRIST<\/b><\/p>\n
